Creating A Podcast - Simplified!

(2 part course)

Hi! I’m Destyn Humann— a filmmaker from the Spearfish, SD. I’m incredibly passionate about telling stories and sharing them with the entire world! When I’m not telling stories through the visual medium of film, I’m telling them through the 605 Media & Entertainment Podcast!

In this one-on-one / hands-on teaching, I want to simplify the podcast creation process for others who may want to tell stories from people in their field, grow their brand and potentially make more money! Creating a podcast can be overwhelming— especially with all the gear and technical aspects.

In the first section, I’ll showcase our own studio and production methods. Then, give a whole array of options for recording & editing— from using ONLY your phone, to spending a couple hundred dollars, to going ALL OUT! I’ll give hosting options, showing how easy it is to get your podcast EVERYWHERE—from Apple Podcasts to Spotify!

In the second section, I’ll go over marketing methods to help build a following— as well as different ways you can make money from your podcast!

Will also include a PDF of my own notes and resources.
